The Concept

ST SUMMER HANGOUT is a day dedicated to taking a break, having fun and relaxing with your colleagues. You can decide for yourself what you want to spend the day doing along with your colleagues. Whether it is competing in various activities or simply relax in the sun with a cold beer or coffee.

During the day you will be served either a burger with chicken or salmon - you choose when you sign up for the event. Furthermore, you can enjoy great music, and experience the ST AWARD SHOW, where we also celebrate the activity winners.

During the setting sun you can have fun and enjoy a cold beer in the AFTER LOUNGE.

Deadline for sign up

You can sign up for ST SUMMER HANGOUT from 3rd May at 9:00 am to 24th May at 12:00 noon.

Team sign up

You sign up a team from 12th June 2019. You will receive more information by mail when the time comes.

To sign up a team you need to:
- Assemble 6-10 team members
- Choose a team captain  
- Find a unique name for your team


BASECAMP is the area where you and your colleagues can relax, eat, drink and enjoy the music.


Should you be prevented from attending, we kindly ask you to report back via this email: info@stsummerhangout.dk. Please type the following in the subject field: "Cancellation". In the email, write your full name, the email you signed up with and your unit.

The event takes place around and at Navitas in Aarhus. The address is: Inge Lehmanns Gade 10, 8000 Aarhus C.


The event is on Friday 23rd August. The official programme begins at 2:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. You can check in and get your bracelet from 1:00 pm. We encourage everyone to get there early – especially if your day starts with an activity. There is AFTER LOUNGE until 10:00 pm for those who want to stay a little longer.


It is free to participate in ST SUMMER HANGOUT. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a bracelet that gives you access to all the food and drinks included. You can pay for extra beverages with Mobile Pay or you can buy extra drink tickets in the information tent with cash. Prices can be seen in the bar or information tent. If you feel extra hungry you can purchase a sausage or hotdog at the hotdog stand with either cash or Mobile Pay.


You can, when sign up for the event, sign up to be picked up by bus. Se the departure times here!

NOTE: You cannot change bus departure. The final transport agenda and exact collection spots will be announced on the website in the beginning of August.


If you arrive by car there will be a limited number of parking spaces below Navitas at your own expense.


Check in with out a team

Are you not signed up with a team, please check-in at the information tent under the sign CHECK IN/INFORMATION with your confirmation email from your registration. Here you will get a bracelet with food and drink tickets. Please bring it either in print or on your mobile phone.

Check in for teams

If you are signed up with a team, your team captain must pick up the teams’ bracelets in the information tent at CHECK IN FOR TEAMS. The team captain must show the confirmation email with the name of the team and the name of the team captain. Please bring it either in print or on your mobile phone.

Lost Bracelets

If you lose your bracelet or it breaks, please go to the information tent and you will be helped.

NOTE: You cannot buy additional beverages if you are not wearing your bracelet. 

Special Food Preferences

If you have any special food requirements and these have been registered, please make sure to visit the information tent to get a voucher for your specific food preferences before 5:00 pm. It is important that you bring your confirmation email either in print or on your mobile phone.

Food & Beverages

You will receive:
- 5 tickets for either beer, wine, soft drinks or cider
- 3 tickets for either coffee or tea
- Cake
- Free fruit
- A burger with either chicken or salmon

There will be sandwiches, water and fruit for those traveling by bus.

If you need more than the above, it will be possible to purchase the following at BASECAMP:
- Beer, wine, water, soft drinks and cider
- Sausages and hotdogs
